She is hitting the floor with her crazy DANCE moves !
Sneaking through kitchen counter to bless herself with HEALTHY EATING …!
RESTING !
MEDITATING !
Saying NO to people !
Staying completely IN , AWAY from social interaction /public !
Maintaining SILENCE WITHIN !
Being in PRESENT , she is shifting through her EMOTIONS !
Staying FOCUSED !
RISING within , MATURING within !
SOOTHING herself by becoming extremely vulnerable to herself!
VALIDATING her own experiences !
WEARING Comfortable confident dresses !
DRINKING lots of smoothie !
Practicing BREATHING daily !
HUGGING herself in shower !
Practicing SELF COMPASSION !
MUSIC is the gateway to her heart !
CANDLE , CRYSTALS makes her mood lift !
She WALKS , JUMPS like a child in her little space !
COMMUNICATING honestly by setting her boundaries !
Recognising her own WORTH !
UNDERSTAND and honor other people’s space !
She is flowing in High Power of LOVE !
AFFIRMING herself
” Iam PURE .
Iam ALIGNED.
Iam PROTECTED & SAFE .
Iam LOVED & BLESSED .
She is not settling for less than what she DESERVES !
SHE is in me …and within you 🙏
